The Times Club is thrilled to announce starting April 8th we will be featuring Caymus Vineyards Napa Valley Zinfandel in our wine bar. Only a small amount of this exceptional wine is produced, and it's our great privilege to be the only US retail outlet to offer it, other than the Caymus Winery itself. It's also noteworthy to mention that grapes from none other than Prairie Lights co-owner Jane Mead's California vineyard are used in the making of this spectacular wine.

A view from Jane Mead's vineyard:

The yellow plants pictured here are mustard growing up around the grapevines. Mustard flowers go to seed in late winter when grapevines are dormant, and once they're plowed over the gasses from the blossoms then act as a pesticide, which allows Jane's grapes to be organically grown.
